本也长大了。
大家的三十岁。
岁月啊，总会过去。
哈哈哈他们仨的面膜。
罗斯和表妹那段心理活动简直了哈哈。
瑞秋莫名其妙的几个吻哈哈哈。
莫妮卡认真地准备着婚事。
宣誓的那段回忆版也好棒。

"宾式夫妇让钱德勒紧张得心梗了好久哈哈哈，真得学着适应了。
乔伊的戏真是从未停止啊，口水大战好卖力哈哈哈。

Ross也参与挑战，自视甚高，但只写出46个，还说不成功就不吃饭。
尝试了整个晚上，Ross也只写出49个，最后放弃了。
Phoebe偷偷替别人暂时收养一只小狗，被几人发现，Chandler宣称对狗过敏的谎言被拆穿，只好承认自己不喜欢狗，大家都很鄙夷。

Chandler提前预定了餐厅和演出，但和Monica去吃饭时发现人很多，需要等位。
Monica让Chandler给服务员塞点钱，Chandler试了几次都不成功，之后也学不会。
Ross接来Ben一起来过圣诞节，想给他讲光明节的传统，但Ben不感兴趣，只想要圣诞老人。
Ross没租到圣诞老人的戏服，只好并扮成犰狳，正好Chandler借到圣诞老人戏服出现。
Ross想让Chandler离开，但Ben想要圣诞老人，Ross只好同意Chandler留下。
Phoebe的公寓修复完成，可以搬回去住了，但她担心Rachel和Joey同住很愉快，会不想搬回去，于是送给Joey架子鼓和蜘蛛，想借此让Rachel离开。
Rachel明白了Phoebe的想法，和她一起回到公寓，但发现原来隔开的两个房间恢复成一个大房间了，Phoebe只能独住，Rachel还跟Joey合租。
157 S07E11 The One with All the CheesecakesMon14-StuartChandler拆开了送错的芝士蛋糕外卖，觉得非常好吃，Rachel发现后加入。
二人沉迷芝士蛋糕，隔天又去店里吃了，又把别人家门口的蛋糕偷偷走。
二人分食后Rachel的那部分蛋糕掉在走廊里，她又把Chandler的那部分碰翻，二人一起趴在地上吃。
Joey和Phoebe约好一起吃饭，但Joey为了约会爽约，Phoebe十分不悦，二人重新约定时间。

抵住门的管子被Joey拿走当作望远镜，二人被锁在天台上。
在Joey的提议下，二人爬消防梯下去，但二楼的梯子卡住，二人又被困住。
最后Joey挂着，Ross从他身上爬下去，十分狼狈。
Rachel和Tag回到公寓亲热，Rachel忽然想起一份重要文件，Tag却表示不知情，二人发生争执。
为了验证对错，二人来到办公室。
Rachel发现是她忘了把文件给Tag，偷偷藏进他抽屉，又被Tag偷偷放回她桌上。
Phoebe家里的烟雾报警器忽然开始响，她不会关，就拆下来弄坏，但还是一直响。
Phoebe把报警器扔掉，又被防火员找到并送回来，告诉她有按钮可以关，但按钮之前被她弄坏了，还是关不掉。
Chandler睡不着，还一直打断Monica的睡眠。

Joey无意中发现Phoebe的男友Jake穿着女士内裤，告知Phoebe后得知是Phoebe与男友交换内裤。

苏珊，罗斯前妻卡萝尔的现伴侣，正在给没出生的小本读这本《海龟王亚特尔》（Yertle the Turtle by Dr. Seuss），这本书描述权力更迭中的一些不可抗力影响因素。
龟龟们叠罗汉，池塘的王亚特尔坐在最顶端以便更好地观察他的领地。
但是一只叫Mack的龟龟不小心打了个嗝，于是亚特尔被掀翻，而Mack成了新的王。
本书出版时无疑是被当成关于阶级主义的书。
而在《老友记》的此时，卡萝尔的演员由Anita Barone换成Jane Sibbett，提到这本《海龟王亚特尔》是有些幽默在身上的。

S2 E19 “The One Where Eddie Won’t Go”
Be Your Own Windkeeper，又是一本虚构的书，不过“做自己的风之女神，不让别人吸取你的内在能量”这个概念非常棒。
瑞秋受这本书的影响，几集之后不但勇敢去当了明迪的伴娘，还在婚礼上再次当众演唱了“Capacabana”。
S3 E1 “The One With the Princess Leia Fantasy”
钱德勒为什么会读一本有关鱼的书，“Trout: An Illustrated History by James Prosek”？
也许是Janice一而再再而三的返回到他的生活当中，而他就像鱼儿那样，上钩了S3 E3 “The One With the Jam”
《百年孤独》来了，One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez。
这集的莫尼卡通过做果酱来转移自己与理查分手后的失恋心情。
罗斯教钱德勒如何在晚上用“抱一抱滚一滚”的方法换取独自睡觉的空间。
钱德勒读这本《百年孤独》和前面哈克的“苦情书”是个对应，此时他还是不具备可约会性，大概率会死于孤独。
S3 E12 “The One With All the Jealousy”
“The Flowers Of Evil by Charles Baudelaire”，胡里奥从这本诗集里找到灵感为莫尼卡写了一首诗“空花瓶”（比喻极具讽刺性），莫尼卡又从胡里奥的诗里找到灵感，雇了四人乐队当众与胡里奥分手。
S3 E13 “The One Where Monica and Richard Are Just Friends”
Joey和瑞秋换书读：Joey去读瑞秋最爱的小妇人（Little Women by Louisa May Alcott），而瑞秋则读了Joey总在读的《闪灵》（The Shining by Stephen King）。
就在几集前，Joey还鼓励瑞秋辞掉在中央公园咖啡馆的工作，get the fear，让自己无路可退，一心追求理想的职业。
而get the fear，还有一个途径就是读斯蒂芬-金的书。
而对Joey来说，《小妇人》的结尾也变得难过起来，因为害怕只好把书放进冰箱。
任何对女性心理和感受的深层探索都违背Joey的生活准则，因此也只能放到脑后，置之不理。
这集罗斯在读比较严肃的书，Race: How Blacks and Whites Think About the American Obsession by Studs Terkel，而最近本剧编剧在为《老友记》人种不够多样化而道歉，感慨。
S3 E14 “The One With Phoebe’s Ex-Partner”
整集罗斯都像个白痴，吃没来由的飞醋，非要和瑞秋一起去听时尚讲座，结果中途睡着。
早在两人在床上商量此事时，就已经被定了性——罗斯此时读的是陀斯妥耶夫斯基的《白痴》。
S3 E22 “The One With the Screamer”
当瑞秋听说罗斯有了新约会对象，立刻自己也要找一个，难怪她正在看How Stella Got Her Groove Back by Terry McMillan，一本有关重燃爱火的书。
与此同时，钱德勒在读The Bear Went Over the Mountain by William Kotzwinkle，一个小孩子困在大人身体里，正是钱德勒本人的写照。
S3 E25 “The One at the Beach”
瑞秋在读的是The Last Thing He Wanted by Joan Didion，同时力劝罗斯的新女友邦妮剃了光头，是罗斯最不想要的（the last thing he wanted）。
S4 E1 “The One With the Jellyfish”如果哈克的《苦情书》能上榜，那么瑞秋写给罗斯的18页正反面的信也可以，起个名字就叫“Does It?”。
S4 E3 “The One With the Cuffs”Joey买了百科全书V的部分。

Joey新女友Kathy的生日，钱德勒买来了她最喜欢的书“The Velveteen Rabbit”的早期珍贵版本。
这本书讲玩具棉绒兔子真心感谢一个小男孩的爱，Kathy（兔子）感谢Joey（小男孩），让钱德勒来到自己身边。
S4 E13 “The One With Rachel’s Crush”
菲比决定为Frank和Alice代孕后，读的是孕期管理书“What to Expect When You’re Expecting” by Heidi Murkoff（但这本书居然没告诉她怀孕需要吃肉！

S4 E18 “The One With Rachel’s New Dress”菲比给三胞胎命名时用到了“A Concise Dictionary of First Names” by Patrick Hanks，高度怀疑菲比的另一个名字Regina Phalange也出版这本字典，几集之后首次出现。
S4 E21 “The One With the Invitation”
罗斯和Emily要在伦敦举办婚礼，只有钱德勒在研究旅游攻略，“Access London” by Richard Saul Wurman，结果钱德勒不仅Access London，还Access Monica了。
S5 E7 “The One Where Ross Moves In”
整集都是瑞秋对“野人”Yeti Danny有意思，然后觉得对方也对自己有意思，忽视什么的都是吸引她的策略。
所以开场不久莫尼卡在读的书是“Practical Intuition in Love” by Laura Day。
S5 E9 “The One With Ross’s Sandwich”菲比和瑞秋上了文学课，读到两本勃朗特，《呼啸山庄》（Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë）和《简-爱》（Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronté），瑞秋总是剽窃菲比的观点，结果被整蛊。
《呼啸山庄》有关破坏性的妒嫉和复仇，《简爱》有关人物的进化，也适合本集的故事线。
尤其是罗斯因为一个三明治在办公室大为光火。
S5 E17 “The One With Rachel’s Inadvertent Kiss”
莫尼卡在自己的公寓读的是《杀死一只知更鸟》（To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee），四集后菲比和警察男友Gary分手，原因就是他射杀了一只鸟。
S5 E22 “The One With Joey’s Big Break”
罗斯在读的《炼金术士》（”The Alchemist“ by Paulo Coelho）是一本关于自我发现的书，强调追随自己的梦想。
于是下一集在拉斯维加斯，喝醉了的罗斯和瑞秋结了婚，而且罗斯在很长时间内都擅自拒绝使婚姻无效。
S6 E2 “The One Where Ross Hugs Rachel”
又是”脑子里有个洞“（Like a Hole in the Head by Jen Banbury）这本书，上次是第四季两人在游戏里输了公寓后莫尼卡在读，这次是瑞秋读，而莫尼卡马上就要告诉她因为与钱德勒开始同居她必须要搬出去。
瑞秋即将再次失去她的这间公寓。

圣诞季Mona要和他共寄贺卡时他正在看这本书，然后他马上意识到了这段感情又是错误。
罗斯的感情生活就是打不破的循环。
S9 E15 “The One With the Mugging”罗斯小时候写过“Science Boy”。
S10 E4 “The One With the Cake”艾玛的生日会上读了好几本书，Riding the Storm Out: Coping With Postpartum Depression和Sex and the Single Mother，这两本不是真的。
Love You Forever by Robert Munsch，罗斯读得好大声，是读给瑞秋听的吧？
S10 E13 “The One Where Joey Speaks French”之前罗斯学过荷兰语。
这集Joey向菲比学法语用到了《基本法语》（Essential French），预示瑞秋后面马上有去巴黎的机会。
5 ) 所以怀孕的是瑞秋？
菲比的公寓重建好了，因为怕瑞秋更喜欢跟乔伊住，因此送了很多东西给乔伊，比如鼓和蛇，希望吓跑瑞秋，最后由于重建的房间没有了隔断墙，因此瑞秋还是跟乔伊住。
钱德勒和瑞秋机缘巧合之下拿到了别人的蛋糕，因为太好吃，所以占为己有，不过居然没有因此惹出什么风波。
瑞秋和助理在一起，在 30 岁生日时考虑到自己的未来，最终分手了。
罗斯和乔伊被困在屋顶，结果废了一番周折下来了。
瑞秋弄坏了乔伊的椅子，决定买一个新的补偿。
结果钱德勒不知道，以为自己弄坏了，结果把自己的拿过来替换。
最终由于新椅子功能好，乔伊故意弄坏了椅子。
菲比去当客服，还拯救了一个想自杀的人。
由于老爸把装了莫妮卡小时候回忆的箱子都拿来保护保时捷不被下雨天浸水，因此莫妮卡很伤心，老爸给了保时捷作为补偿。
乔伊的演艺生涯还算好，有回归旧电视剧，也接了新的剧组。
乔伊还提名了一个奖，只是最后没有中。
罗斯让瑞秋帮忙照看本，结果告诉了本很多恶作剧的事情。
钱德勒和莫妮卡终于要结婚了，因此他们为了婚礼的事情忙上忙下。
还特地去找钱德勒的父亲，邀请他参加婚礼。
等到留言机听到要结为夫妇时，钱德勒溜了。
这个很惊险，毕竟之前几次婚姻都没结成，最后还是找到了。
然而以为莫妮卡怀孕了，实际却不是。
而镜头转向了瑞秋，所以是瑞秋怀孕了？
这个要下一季才知道了，留下了一个悬念。
6 ) 老友记第七季
上一季结局求婚这次结局是结婚！
钱莫终于修成正果！
感动死了！
钱钱父母也好好玩！
我突然意识到他们都30了，开始认识已经是六年前了。
闪回以前的一些片段，他们以前真的嫩得出水啊！！！！
真的太绝了了啊啊啊啊啊啊还有最后怀孕的是瑞瑞？？？
薇诺娜客串瑞瑞大学同学梅丽莎，美死我了，她俩好配啊啊啊啊啊莫妮卡的童年箱子虽然被水浸透毁了，但她拥有幸福的家庭的童年。
虽然她以前胖胖的，但她有好朋友和家人，她也过得很幸福。
虽然父母偏心，让莫妮卡没有自信，但是我感觉这样的家庭已经吊打东亚家庭了…老友记第七季第十集，我看的快哭了，joey抱抱个David离别后很难过的Phoebe第七季第九集封神了ross唯一高光时刻给Phoebe买自行车还教她骑车！！！！
🚴🏻瑞秋的助理Ted真的太帅了他们的关系都很松弛，不捆绑还有pheobe想着30岁前想做的事都做了！

这一大群活宝们太欢乐了。
最早是为了练英语听力才开始看的。
现在想起来，还真是，老友记里面的英语，无论发音，语速和语句内容，很适合初学者慢慢锻炼。
跑题了。
虽然最初目的不纯，但是从第一季开始就沦陷了哈哈哈，真的很搞笑，爆笑的那种，有时候看他们几个活宝玩闹特别的解压，有时候又要感叹，人这一辈子有这么几个真心的朋友，太值了。
又想起来要为joey在院子里建个小屋，照顾老年的他，哈哈哈哈这都怎么想的。

10 ) 6位老友在这一季陆续30岁了，年龄不代表什么，还是要做自己
剧情开始乏味很多，不过生活就是这样的，时而精彩纷呈，时而平凡无趣。
他们6个人的故事讲了6季之后，的确没什么好讲的，从24岁到30岁，人生大体上开始趋于稳定，稳定的背后就是日复一日6位主角的性格基本也都定型了，也不用极具戏剧冲突的故事来呈现性格。
戏剧人物的刻画一旦完成，故事剧情如果不太行，很容易人设崩塌，后面几季好几个角色真的没好好弄瑞秋的中短发不太好看大伙都苍老了许多，就罗斯和菲比保养得最好，钱德勒因为吃药原因变胖好多，太可惜了钱德勒和莫妮卡终于修成正果了，一个害怕结婚的人可以为了你变得勇敢，这才是爱情吧。
原本我是不敢的，有你后，我拥有更多勇气面对生活婚姻再隆重，也只是一场盛大的仪式，重要的是两个人的婚姻钱德勒和Joey的友情也好好，钱德勒跟莫妮卡聊婚后规划的时候，竟然还安排了好兄弟Joey的住处最后留了瑞秋验孕棒这条线，我真的不懂为什么留这种悬念，真的很崩人设和CP。
CM稳定了，就开始作妖搞瑞秋，真的没必要这一季的重点主要是CM的婚礼筹备，钱德勒真的是很棒的伴侣，他害怕做承诺，不轻易承诺，但每一个决定都深思熟虑，绝不敷衍其他角色都很日常流水账，RR恋原以为有所起色，除了第一集被CM求婚给影响外，后面并没有进展，最后一集让瑞秋莫名其妙怀了孕。
Joey演戏工作中有了点起色，终于接到一些不错的演员工作了；菲比真的很暖心，帮助那个想寻死的经理，她另类又温柔，真的很是一个精灵girl
不知道为什么老友记的分数这么高，无聊又狗血，完全笑不出来
这一季学会了留悬念，学会了激情四射，同时呢，有些情节实属凑数的鸡肋。钱勒德胖了，菲比老了拉头发了，莫妮卡头发长了，瑞秋头发短了，莫妮卡和钱勒德，结婚了。^_^
[补标] 可能是深夜马上连续赶进度的，忘记标了。Chan and Mon 结婚啦！ Rachel 有宝宝了，片尾的表情真的耐人寻味、彰显演技！ Joey和Phebees终于要开始了不？

well.....我觉得这集真的没那么好看了 几乎都是围绕着Monica和chandler 拍了一季才到正式结婚 太墨迹了吧..... 看到最后验孕棒我真是醉了 深深的觉得我被爱情公寓先入为主了我好对不起原著啊！！！
钱德勒和莫妮卡终于结婚了~恭喜恭喜~

因为菲比说自己至今还没有一个完美的长吻，Joey就在街角温柔地kiss her，啊浪漫又感动。Joey就是小天使呀
比上一季有趣。看过《神烦警探》之后很难觉得钱莫恋或者他们六个人的友情有什么令人赞叹的地方，尤其是即使说是best friend和soul mate，最后一集Chandler的恐惧都还是不能向Monica说而是要靠逃避，朋友们也还是一直说white lies，如果钱莫是像剧里塑造的很容易不信任人的人的话，这样的信任程度根本不足以支撑他们做夫妻或者best friend，像我的话我早就会逃走了。剧里的人物塑造都有这样的毛病，明明都有很值得挖掘的back story，结果每次这些性格问题都变成了些无意义的小打小闹，被sugar coated变成皆大欢喜的很肤浅的“事情都会变好”的结局，这样的喜剧只能说是维持表面的体面而已，好的喜剧是能够深层地治愈人的，让人真正相信再遍体鳞伤的人也能得到救赎。
